South Florida Luxury Transportation Refund Policy
Our professional refund policy for our luxury transportation service in South Florida takes into account local variables such as unforeseeable airport delays, heavy traffic during events, and adverse weather conditions.
1. Cancellation Windows & Fees
Sedans & SUVs: Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% charge.
Sprinters, Limousines & Buses: Cancel up to 7 days before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
No-Shows: If a passenger is not at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without contact, the ride is marked a no-show and charged in full.
2. Airport & Port Pickups (MIA, FLL, PBI, Port-Miami)
Flight Delays: We track commercial flights. No fees apply if your flight is delayed.
Grace Period: Includes 60 minutes of free wait time for international flights, 45 minutes for domestic, and 15 minutes for non-airport pickups.
Extended Wait Times: Beyond the grace period, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
3. Deposits and Peak Season Pricing
Standard Booking: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for specialty vehicles.
Peak Events: Bookings during major South Florida events (e.g., Art Basel, Miami Boat Show, F1 Grand Prix, major concerts) require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a 14-day cancellation notice.
4. Weather and Service Adjustments
Severe Weather: Full refunds or free rescheduling apply if local authorities issue tropical storm or hurricane warnings that restrict travel.
Mechanical Failure: If a vehicle suffers a breakdown, we will dispatch an identical or upgraded vehicle. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund is issued.
South Florida Luxury Transportation Refund & Cancellation Policy

Point-to-Point: Rates apply strictly to a direct route. Unscheduled stops or route deviations will switch the booking to an hourly rate.
Hourly Charters: Minimum hour requirements (e.g., 3-hour minimum) apply. Early drop-offs do not qualify for partial refunds; the full booked time is billed.

3. Alcohol and Vehicle Condition Policy
Permitted Vehicles: Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in standard sedans and SUVs. Alcohol is only permitted in specialty vehicles (e.g., limousines, party buses, executive Sprinters) equipped with a formal bar area and a physical partition separating the chauffeur.
Legal Age: All passengers consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older. Chauffeurs reserve the right to check IDs and terminate the service immediately without a refund if underage drinking occurs.
Termination for Behavior: Excessive intoxication or unruly behavior that threatens passenger or chauffeur safety will result in immediate termination of the charter. No refunds will be issued.
4. Damage and Cleaning Fees (Non-Refundable Charges)
Spillage & Deep Cleaning: A minimum $250 cleaning fee applies for liquid spills on carpets or leather, or excessive trash left behind.
Sanitation Fee: A mandatory $500 biohazard cleaning fee applies for bodily fluids (vomiting) inside the vehicle.
Physical Damage: The client assumes full financial responsibility for broken glassware, ripped upholstery, or damage to electronics caused by passengers.

Full refund: Cancel at least 24 to 48 hours before the trip.
Partial refund: Cancel 12 to 24 hours before the trip to get half your money back.
No refund: Cancel less than 12 hours before the start time or if the passenger does not show up.
2. Deposit and Special Events
Non-refundable deposits: Keep 20% to 50% for high-demand dates like proms, weddings, or major holidays.
Peak season rules: Extend the full refund window to 7 or 14 days ahead for busy times.

Vehicle issues: Promise a vehicle of equal or higher value if the booked car breaks down.
Bad weather: Offer a free date change or full refund if severe weather makes travel unsafe.
